Our Vertical Extruders are used in the production of tube, tape, and film. Jennings has a
Vertical Extruder which is ideal for your needs. To cover a variety of applications,
Jennings has equipment ranging from 7.5-Tons through 100-Tons of thrust. These machines
have a wide range of applications, from micro-tubing and medical tubing, to large bore
tubing and film.
Our entire range of Vertical Extruders can be tailored for your specific application, with
stroke lengths to fit your budgetary and production demands. Our standard stroke lengths
are 36" and 54" for the extended uninterrupted production of tubing.
With the addition of a Vaporizing Stack and Sintering Ovens, you will be ready to compete
with anyone in the world, in the production of high quality tube and film.
