Vaporizing Console
 
Jennings International has successfully developed a leading edge vaporizing console. We have improved the technique of volatizing the preform lubricant to a degree which allows us to advance production speeds to 300 ft/minute.
 
The vaporizing console contains upper and lower compartments. The lower compartment houses banks of heaters. When properly controlled, these heaters provide a consistent environment, suitable for vaporization. The upper compartment contains a capstan pulley which is driven to a speed matching the extrusion line.
 
All vaporizing consoles are provided with a pneumatically powered door. This feature makes it easier to "string up" the product, as well as improving service access.
 
Jennings offers vaporizing consoles in both 24" and 48" capstan wheel sizes. The 24" size is a standard component of the Jennings Wire line. It will allow you to accumulate 120 Ft. of product in the upper chamber. Our 48" vaporizing console was recently developed for the high speed production of tubing for the push / pull cable industry. The larger diameter capstan allows the tubing to run through a vaporizing console, achieving unsurpassed operating speeds with no loss of quality.
