Machine Re-Manufacturing
 
Since the very beginning, Jennings machines have always been designed for long term durability. Many of our customers have machines which are still in operation after twenty years, thirty years, and even longer. Although these machines are still fully functional, many customers have expressed interest in restoring these machines to "new" condition, while also achieving the tighter production specifications necessary in today's marketplace.
 
For about half the cost of a brand new unit, you have the opportunity to return your old extruder to Jennings, where we will put it through our certified re-manufacture process. Jennings will return an extruder which has all new hydraulics, a computer based touch screen control console, repacked hydraulic cylinders, along with all new tight tolerance bushings. You will have a machine which performs and looks like brand new. It will have the thoroughly modern control systems necessary for the rigorous quality demands of today's marketplace.
